WOW, it’s an amazing feeling, I just had a baby BOY… as much as I was excited about my first pregnancy, I was scared as well. But, at last, it worked out pretty well.
Here are a few tips I would like to share with every woman which might benefit others during pregnancy:
Morning sickness is not universal
You may or may not experience nausea (morning sickness) but most of the women will experience some sort of nausea during the first trimester.
Look for ways to get out of sickness
- You should avoid food and smell that trigger your nausea
- Eating soda crackers in the morning can help reduce your nausea
- You should eat smaller meals frequently instead of heavy meals
- Take plenty of rest
- Try ginger or lemon
Every woman will experience labor and birth differently
It’s simple, every woman will experience labor and birth directly – all the women are different and everyone has different pain tolerance. Some women will get into the shape quickly, while some may not but the reality is you will notice some changes in your body after your pregnancy which is completely normal.
Buying maternity clothes is definitely exciting
Buy clothes that make you comfortable. Try long tank tops, maxi dresses, wrap dresses etc.
It will take time to get back in the shape again
When I had my baby boy, I could not use my pre-pregnancy clothes. I was disappointed at that time but the fact is – it takes time to get back in the shape. So, be patient.
Pregnancy is a wonderful time in your life
I understand it can be tough and painful. But, I must say it is an amazing experience to have the power to bring a new life into this world. Women – we are AMAZING.
I hope this helps…
